Selling my limited edition Konosuke Sanjo SKD 240mm Gyuto with Urushi Lacquer saya. They did this direct to customer offer sometime last year.
Brand new and unused
Price: £525 plus shipping ($20 to US or rest of world and free to Europe/UK)
The saya is a special collaboration and it’s called ‘Kazan’ as it’s meant to look like volcanic rock. The saya is made from Urushi Lacquer and wood by Japanese craftsman Ippinya for Konosuke.
I purchased this knife directly from Konosuke, and it cost me £549.
I wonder consider some trades for Tanaka Migoto, Hado Junpaku or TxK 240mm extra height.
