Lonsted S grind cleaver: Asking $550
185x90mm, 372g. San mai 1.2562 with really nice wrought. Handle is bog oak and reindeer antler. Mega thicc at the handle with the best taper I've ever seen on a cleaver. Used I think 2-3 times. Veggie slayer
HF 260: Asking $800
255x58mm, 235g. Spicy white core with some dirty, dirty wrought cladding. Beautiful mystery wood handle. Hammered hollow in the forging process for food release. Used one time. Cuts so good it'll bring a tear to your eye.
Smedja Aspen 260 mono monster: Asking $450
260x61mm, 345g. 80CrV2 monosteel with a one piece ironwood handle. Used 4-5 times. Absolute monster and so fun to use, incredible food release and just falls through anything.
Birgersson 240: Asking $500
240x59, 225g. Mystery steel taco with a natural bocote handle and brass pins. Bjorn rarely uses natural wood for his westerns so I had to ask really nice. Quite possibly the best pure cutter I've ever used and most definitely the thinnest tip I've ever seen. used 2 times.
