WTB Looking for 240 or bigger Takada no hamano or 240 KAGEKIYO black

Hello all,

I'm putting together a knife for my parter who is a chef. Their favorite blacksmith is Takada. However I think the kagekiyo black damascus would look really good as well. I'm kind of on a tighter budget then originally planned due to a car accident at the beginning of the month. And already have my eyes on a gorgeous knife that will probably be what I go with to finish my project. However I figured this would be worth a shot while I still had a day or two until I had to decide.

Thank you, I didn't know about the discount. But my only issue is I'm trying to get this done by Christmas. And last I checked with them they can't guarantee arrival. So I was hoping to find someone who had one stateside.

I was originally talking with them about purchsing. But then the accident happened. So trying a shot in the dark to see if there are any others. Thank you for recommending this one though.

I would assume it would if you buy today. They use DHL which is really quick international. I usually get DHL from japan in 4-5 days

I’ve recently bought a knife from them and it arrived within 1 week. Order December 1st, delivered the 6th.

You’d be cutting it close but if they shipped it out today (Friday) it could make it.

Most US vendors would be hard to deliver after 15th too, Miura may actually be better since international are less affected by Holiday shipping
