Bought Maillet Gyuto

Interested in trying something from Maillet however his books aren’t open (to my knowledge) and I’ve missed out on his past few drops. Anyone have something between 220-235mm with some decent distal taper? I prefer <54mm heel height if possible!!

I’ve got one posted with a really good distal taper imo. But it’s 240.
