Traded from Tostada, excellent cutter but the profile is not for me, it is a continuous upward curve with no true flat sport. Otherwise the steel feels very hard, the cutting feels crisp and lovely. Polished by Tostada and it have some patina from use but I can remove it if the buyer want. Originally sale for $400 I will keep it same.
