I'm posting my Martin Huber Chef Knife for sale.

Grind: workhorse convex grind
Handle: Stabalized Platan Wood Western Handle
Steel: 1.2842+75Ni8+C100
Weight: 205 grams
Price: $620 with FedEx signature and fully insured shipping included
I bought this new for $700 and have only used it a handful of times. There's a bit of patina formed from slicing hot meat, which it does incredibly well. I am selling this as I haven't used it as much as I originally intended. At this point, I'd rather pass it on to someone who will put it to more consistent work, as it deserves.
As you can see, it is a beautiful piece of art and a great performing knife. I am a huge fan of Martin and have one of his famous cleavers which I don't plan on letting go of anytime soon
