Masamoto KS3124 W#2 240mm Gyuto. This is the old stock version with deep embossed kanji. Excellent fit and finish with a blonde horn ferrule. The ideal version of this knife imo.
Picked it up from a forum member recently. To my knowledge it is not been used. Never sharpened. 246x47mm, 171 grams. Paid $400 asking $400.
As of now, I don’t think I’ll be lowering the price. I’ll leave it up here for a week or so to keep the knife and price in the family. I think the older stock are worth more but the market will decide. If it doesn’t sell, I’ll post it on another site for an increased price.
