WTS Masamoto ks, hiromoto as gyuto and petty, blank for knife handle

Masamoto ks in great condition. It's been used once or twice but it never really resignated with me. It's never been sharpened. No box but it will ship with a Shihan knife protector. I believe it was a pcpken handle.

Hiromoto and petty combo. I think it's 125mm.
I will not separate them, I bought them combined and will sell them the same way. Neither have been used. The 240 gyuto has a tiny chip at the tip. I did my best to capture a picture of it. They have extremely small blemishes that could be polished out, again I did my best to capture it.

Should be big enough to make possibly too handles. (I don't have a ruler as I just moved)

I'll get a full measurement later, have to find a ruler (just moved). It is slightly bigger then my comet which is 245mm. I believe this was 250mm, trying to find the sale post for it.

KS tends to run a bit long, mine is 250 heel to tip. Also not particularly tall.. 48-49mm. I think that goes for most of them (not sure how consistent they are).

They are somewhat consistent. Most are right on 250 and 48mm tall, although I’ve seen some with a slight kick out on the profile to give it a cosmetic height boost at the heel

This is my understanding as well. Haven't seen too many that stray away from those measurements.

It's a cool knife but I just have a different hobby that I'm looking to fund

I think it’s really good for professionals. Those monosteel knives are less reactive than soft iron so they work well for prep and even on line.

my kit always has the Masamoto KS and then another full carbon Gyuto in it for this very reason
