Selling a couole knives that don't see much use anymore. CONUS at the moment.

Has seen plenty of use in a commercial kitchen, sharpened several times including bevels lightly. Has been tipped but didn't bother fixing as it has almost been sharpened out at this point. Comes with a basswood saya I made for it.

Tipped and fixed, lost a couple mm. Used for prep in a commercial kitchen for a week. Sparingly at home a few other times and has been sitting in a drawer the past couple years. Touched up a few times but no major sharpening. Also has a basswood saya.
