Up for sale an Mazaki JNS 2018 era 210mm Gyuto W2. It was used (has patina) and sharpened couple times. (It takes an amazing sharp edge)
It is one of best profile imo. The only reason I am selling is I have 2 more of this... $ 295

Hell to Tip Length- 214mm
Blade Height at Heel- 50mm
Width of Spine at Handle- 4,7mm

I have the 240 version of this, heavily modified, but this one is definitely bbq’ed and a “thinner” grind.

Any chance. You can provide better pics? That's the heart shaped or d handle correct? I do believe I have the 300mm Suji bbq already. Anyone know how easy the handle is on this Era of his knife to change I thought I read somewhere that he switch to expoxy or glue but I not sure when that was.
