Would like to sell this nice San mai gyuto from Tobi @ Metal Monkey. I tried to picture everything worth noting on the knife - it's seen a lot of use in a professional kitchen, but it is in good condition. It has some surface scratches, and the tip is bent but not broken. I don't want to try to fix it and inadvertently cause more damage, so I pictured it as is.

Specs: 200mm edge length, about 56mm heel height, Western profile stabilized blackwood handle with octagonal facets and white/emerald G10 spacers, balance point on Maker's mark. Stainless clad VToku-2.

I paid $1100AUD shipped from Australia at the time, which was about $750. Asking $525 shipped to US or around $550 shipped international. Thanks.
