A hard decision to make letting Minamoto Yasukuni go... I like using ShiHan more.
Used approximately 30mins. I really enjoy it. Good cutting feels. Touch up to get the feel of it, refined teethy edge, very pleasant. You'll see some patinas. It's a mirror finish with a beautiful Kasumi polish, almost at honyaki polish level. A knife you will not regret using and having. A good workhorse feel while it being thin behind edge.
Looking to sell for $450USD PAYPAL & SHIP INCLUDED IN THE CONUS. Hawaii and Canada I pay $15, you pay the rest. Please get in touch to find rates.
According to my Caliper:
Spine at handle: 4.42mm
Spine above heel: 4mm
Spine at mid: 3.09mm
Spine .05cm from tip: 1.20mm
Heel height: 53.57mm
Weight: 238g
The choil is unique. It's a nice polish with more polish for right hand users. Also his forge with blue #2, he goes lowest as possible just like jiro does with his white #1.
