Hello everyone, I got a little ahead of myself with knife purchases and need to let these two go. Selling them as a package deal for what they cost me. The Milan is brand new, unused and untouched. The Spare has been used twice to chop some veggies but has not been sharpened. It looks as new.
Milan Gyuto - Forged in San mai twisted damascus clad + 135cr3 steel core. "Stone shaped and stone polished bevels finished on a nakayama."
