Seller's description:
Iconic Japanese Carbon beater, great tough knife made of Swedish Carbon, mono steel construction.
Dragon engraving on the right side of the blade, only available on 240+ blades on this line.
Very little usage since I prefer wa handles and lighter gyutos in general, was sharpened once on arrival and has a good edge still going.
I' ve polished the blade to new condition (patina removed), same for the handle. I've captured the only scratch sign it has at the heel near the bolster, it was already there out of the box.
