I have been a fan of the traditional methods used to make Mizuno knives. How that resulted in my owning four Mizuno’s escapes me but this 275mm Gyuto has to go to feed my Comet recovery fund. It’s a good thing I don’t live with my current wife or there would be a lot more of my sharp steel posted on BST.
I’m looking for $425 shipped and insured to North America. My records show that I paid $475 for the knife plus cross border costs a few years back, and they are currently selling in the $500-$600 range.
