I traded this knife in and it is used on a couple of carrots, but appears unused as I’ve cleaned it up with a new polish.

It has a SIC finish on the blade, rounded choil and spine. Custom two tone ziricote handle with camel bone end cap. Basically you get a much nicer knife for the same price as a new one.

Specs are
Hight at heel (hell) 59mm.
Mid hight: 51 mm.
Blade lentgh: 220,3 mm.
Spine: 5 mm.
Weight: 262,7 gram
White 2 steel and soft iron clad (can rusty)

Handle tapers
23 - 26 in height
19 - 23 width

Price: €310/$330 PayPal + shipping

Shipping: I’m open to whatever. Shipping to the states is around $70 with UPS.

Thanks and my bad - it’s W2 and soft iron clad
 
Finished it up with Uchi fingerstones, and it did soften it up quite a bit.

Haven’t checked food release as this is crisp
