Hello All,

I've recently taken an interest in alloy banding so just to see what there is organically I made this gyuto and gave it an etch. As you can see it's quite extensive and more prominent where the grind is deepest. This knife will serve as the basis for some with perhaps more energetic banding.

Made a typo in the price. $290, not the original $390. Now corrected.

I, uh, want a workhorse grind in this finish. Yeah. Maybe 220-230mm. A bit chonky, but lethal. A bit understated, but malevolent.
