Putting up for sale 2 older lefty Msicards. Gyuto is workhorse in O1 49mm 238mm. Will have to get back later about weight, perhaps 210 gram (ish) purchased for roughly 2 years ago I believe w cherry wood octagonal handle.
Sujihiki is 52100 39mm 270mm with Bog handle.
Gyuto is very used, but maintained with many thinning sessions. Suji has only been sharpened 3-4 times barely used however improperly stored. Suji developed pitting, some of which I removed but plenty remains.
People are sometimes looking for cheap projects to work on and this is a good contender. I’m too busy w other knife projects to really work on the suji but outside of cosmetics both perform great for me.
Paid around $400ish for both looking to sell for $140 shipped (priority)
