Got this from Cleancut year ago, asked the heaviest one they had on stock. It weight 214gr with howood and now 227gr with walnut handle keeping the balance still good for pinchgrip. Been used in home kitchen around 10-15 times, sharpened handfull of times, haven't thin it or touch the grind. Doesn't get much use anymore and I am looking for a better home for it. This could be a good choice for first carbon gyuto for someone, sharpens easily, gets scary sharp and it is good cutter, rustic finish and won't blow the bank. I won't be upset if this doesn't leave the house. I am asking 195usd include shipping in Europe.
