Selling my Munetoshi gyuto bought last year from knives and tools.
I bought it to test out if i like this bit more workhorsy knives and quickly moved off from it, so it had not seen much use, max 2 sharpenings. I then moved on trying to polish one side, but realized i will not finish it.
Probably a nice little project knife or for someone who want too try out those knives. White 2 steel is quite good.
