Hi! I'm selling my M. Hinoura Paring Knife (Petty). It's been cared for and used a few times for some tomato ninja activities. Comes with a custom-fitted Saya / Sheath from Epicurean Edge, as well, in its original box.

Selling for: $200.00

Condition: Used, but in phenomenal shape. Used a total of 3-4 times, purchased in the last 2 months. Light patina, on the edge.
Reason for Selling: My tastes have changed, and am moving on from Japanese knives. Making space for some new knives!
