Yes I am very confused now. My next knife is most likely going to be a denka nakiri. The xerxes is mono steel I think and on the user friendly end but it might be my favorite knife to use in real life. The bb is a slayer with a little beef behind it too… xerxes makes me feel like King Arthur which for sure helps but the performance is way better than I expected in a way I can’t make sense of…. Thoughts appreciated and to be continued.
