Up for sale is a mikawa nagura sold to me as botan. I have two of these so letting this one go. This one is the finer of the two. Really nice stone and good size too. Gives a refined and bitey edge. Very good pre finishing polish. Works best with some atoma slurry or a reconditioned surface. Leaves a fine, bright scratch pattern without atoma, and a nice bright finish with popping detail with a light slurry or reconditioned surface. Edges are intentionally slightly convexed. I would call it a level 4 in hardness and a level 4 in fineness. Stone has been laquered in multiple coats and there are a couple of very small chips on one corner (pictured) Size is 230x82x43. Price is $375 shipped insured in the US, intl ill cover the first $20. Thanks for looking!
