i‘ve been on a bit of a tear lately on BST, and the knife drawer was getting a little crowded. I also wasn’t using some of my best knives as much as I would like because they were stored in cases in a separate cabinet. With my kitchen layout, magnetic racks aren’t an option, so I decided to build a custom under cabinet block. Ever slot is 12 inches long, and plenty of slots for 60mm+ heel heights. Solid maple core, wrapped in walnut. Not on par with some of the craftsman around here, but gets the job done.
