Just wanted to show off my new knife from JKI - Gesshin Kagekiyo 210mm Stainless Gyuto

I've been wanting a new knife for a while and the Gengetsu hasn't been available so I talked to Jon about different knives and this is what I ended up with

I'm very excited the fit and finish is superb and it feels great in hand
