I have a chance to get some knives from US without paying the shipping and/or taxes so I am thinking on what new toy to get.

I want something different from what I already have on a limited budget. I have $200 tops + some change for a new stone. Absolute Max would be $250 but no stone then. I was looking @ Gesshin 400S as a stone.

Back on topic, I have several laser-like knives and the heavier one I have is a Shige gyuto. So I was thinking on something with a bit of heft and perhaps shaped little bit different. For example a Kiritsuke Gyuto or some sort of a Chinese type clever may be line type of knife. But heft is what I am looking for atm, normal shaped gyuto is a valid option as well.

So far Suien VC Chinese Cleaver looks appealing, but I would like to have other options on the table.

Any suggestions?
