KKF Supporting Craftsman
Hello to anyone who reads this! I'm a maker in Holland Michigan. I've been making knives for ~15 years, but went full culinary since 2018. As of late 2022 this has become my full time job. I can't post links or pictures yet but I go by Eddworks LLC if you want to search... Most of my sales is done through Etsy.
Most of my work is Japanese inspired, but I have a ton to learn still - hence my joining the forum. My favorite knives to make are forged 52100, but I also work with AEBL and CPM S35VN.
I am not a pro chef but I love to cook and use my own knives daily which has definitely shaped designs and construction.
