Takamura sells direct to some restaurants. Bought mine from someone who used to work at Noma and he said Takamura would sell to them direct. MTC kitchen at 45th and 3rd carries Takamura. In the past, Takamura would come visit them in store around August/September each year and that's when they would get a restock of Uchigumo and Hana. I don't think it happened this past summer. You might reach out to them and inquire. Otherwise post a WTB on the sales forum and you may have some luck.Hello, my name is Andy Choi.
