Hey everyone, Been reading up on all the great info here for a bit (SO MUCH INFO). Figured it was about time I joined in the discussions!

Seattle is a great area for knives. Go check out Epic Edge, Uptown Cutlery etc and there are a bunch of amazing makers in the area.
Been to EE a bunch, tho they were easier for me to pop in when they were in Kirkland. Didn't realize Uptown was here... I'll have to look up where exactly. What other shops? And what makers? Obviously need to educate myself more on the local spots and people.

Brian Hanson, Sam Reed, Larson Made, Bidinger (north), Jordan Buckley, Firehouse Forge. I am not sure of Bob Kramer or Maumasi are still that way. There are a ton of guys. Brian was really cool and let me spend a day at his shop designing a knife. The guys at Epic probably know a bunch more.

Super cool about Brian. I'll keep that in mind. Thanks
