SOLD New Ruffoni 14” copper oval roaster

Bought this years ago with the intention of using it, and could never justify it. Purchased for $250, willing to let go for $200, shipped (which isn’t cheap - this thing is sturdy). Pan is about 14 1/2”, not including handles.

I see your point, but most people don't usually roast with a lid because then you would be steaming, or perhaps braising

You are very right, it’s just a preference other than that it’s an absolute gorgeous piece.
