Welcome! Though you have been away from the nice things, what do you have that you are looking to enhance or replace?

I’ve got an old set of Wüsthof classics, a Wüsthof 200th anniversary set and a local hand made pairing knife. Wanting to replace the classics with something. I do prefer western shapes and carbon steels. Any recommendations would be appreciated!
