Have been Ghosting for a few months, but decided to jump in.
Started with a old Zwilling set, purchased Shuns as a upgrade from William and Sonoma. HATED IT and returned them.
I did some intense research purchased my first Takamura R2 a few months back. That ending up becoming a much more expensive hobby than I anticipated, but am happy with my knives now.
loved watching the community so far and hope to contribute.
