A bit of a difficult decision as this is a wonderful example of Will Newham’s work. I bought it as my idea of a perfect carving knife. Stain resistant AEBL steel means the knife is capable of happily sitting on the carving board until after dinner cleanup. A nice leather saya to protect the blade as it travels with me to friends and family for carving duties. As I have another suji incoming from Will, it’s time to set this one free.
I’m looking for $600 shipped and insured to North America. Don’t pass on this as it reflects Will’s pricing from a few years ago, not Will’s current replacement value.
