Sometimes hard times mean you have to make some tough calls.... and because of that I need to let this beauty go. What I have for sale is a Konosuke Fujiyama 240mm Gyuto in white #2 circa 2013. A lot is already known about these on the forum so I won’t go into details. This example is in great condition and the kanji on the left face of the blade has been preserved throughout the years. Given its age I’m sure it’s been sharpened and it’s not BNIB... full disclosure.
