1. Okubo Nakiri, blue #2, iron clad kurouchi. Purchased from Michael at KJ earlier in the year. 170mm edition. I thinned it to get the bevels stone flat. Still some slight low spots. Lost two mm in the process. Edge profile has very slight unevenness, though very useable (I have) and *only one or two normal sharpening will have it evened out, very slight but wanted to mention.* Nice ho/horn octagonal handle. 164mm heel to end of edge, 54mm tall at heel, 184g.

2. ShiHan gyuto, 52100. Purchased direct earlier this year. Upgraded ebony handle which is awesome. Very light use. A monster. Touched up edge on BBW/Coti. 250mm heel to tip, 57mm tall at heel, 302g.
