SOLD Next up is an unused Simon Maillet wrought iron clad 115crv3 gyuto with a bog oak western handle. The handle took some damage to the tip of the bird's beak in shipment. I had the handle repaired and it is hardly noticeable unless you know where to look for it (see photos of the butt end of the handle). If not for unexpectedly snagging a wrought iron twist gyuto shortly after this, it wouldn't be going anywhere.

Beautiful work, but I didn't see this replacing similarly sized Eddworks knives, so it is unused. I should note, capturing a heel shot was tough given the rounding of the heel leading up to the edge.
