WTS Old stock mioroshi deba

Hi, up for sale is an old stock mioroshi deba, 213x43mm, 230g, shirogami 1 steel.

Got it from an old knife shop during my trip to Japan, they don't disclose the maker. It is superbly finished when I hold it in hand, the heel is nicely polished, and the spine is polished in trapezoid rather than simply rounded.

This will be perfect if you are looking for a workhorse to use daily but to give your fingers a bit extra treat.

Looks like it says asagaya shinkai, the name of a knife shop in Tokyo.

Thank you for the info. I was told this is the kanji from the knife shop itself, but like some old Sakai knife vendors, they don't disclose who is behind this knife.

There might be some markings on the tang(s) that could provide some info (though you've probably already checked)
