Selling Orange for $45 + shipping.
Selling White for $35 + shipping
Bought Orange Binsui for $88. (8.8 lb, white wave class, light carbon snowflake)
Bought White binsui for $66. (6.6 lb, split class karasu/tan)
Shipping from Miles to me was $15.75 somehow.
I wanted to try new stones, so these are up for sale. Got these in 2016. Selling for close to half off purchase price.
The stones are both rectangular and well shaped. The orange is slightly softer and more porous and faster cutting and slightly lower grit. The white is slightly finer, harder, smaller-pored, more consistent. Both are hard stones I would say, but they self slurry a little.
Significantly more pleasant to use than the morihei amakusa and binsui that I had. Quite a bit finer. Dark swarf comes out quickly.
Orange 257mm x 70mm x 80mm
White 220 x 90mm x 55mm
Comparison to diamond plate
