I have an old (discountinued) Stanley food cup. it is fine. keeps my lunch warm until I decide to shove it into my face (the food). I do my due diligence and I heat the cup up with boiling water before I fill it up. usually leftover rice bowl food. Saturday was a cool morning and my food was lukewarm 5-6 hours after I packed it. I didn't get food poisoned at least. food was still enjoyable.

makes me wonder if there is a new, modern option out there. maybe from Japan, or (gasp) Yeti?

know of any awesome examples of a food cup? I want it big enough to get my hand into for a proper scrub. needs to have a super secure lid. my truck still has the new truck smell, and I am not ready to make it smell like Curry Donburi. :D

Indian Tiffin box? Not sure about their heat retention, perhaps there are some that actually contain heat.
I recall seeing insulated binto boxes...
