Panini press

Bought a cheap panini press off Amazon.
Reviews were positive negative were no timer just simple no frills press.

Today tried my first sandwich Falafel on wheat bread, hummus, avocado, xtra sharp cheddar cheese tomato slice. Used the floating press. First try

that is called a Tosti iron in my country, we use it all the time these days (moving house, eating horrible stuff)

If you put shredded potato in it you could make a Tosti Rösti

Made hash brown potatoes came out good.
