Gyuto
Tamahagane (water quenched)
240mmx57mm

Incredibly hesitant to let this one go to be honest. It’s just really incredibly stunning and is the embodiment of everything to be desired in a piece of art like this.

This gyuto has a symmetrical convex grind, and traditional hadori stone polished finish.

The handle is custom with ebony wood, black Buffalo horn, and nickel spacers. The handle is not set so that it can easily be removed

Price includes kiri box, free shipping, and any fees.

@EricEricEric This is amazing. I cannot find anything about this maker by looking through the forums or a google search. Can you tell us more about them?

His Instagram is katana_kaji_Japanesesword . He is an incredible smith and polisher. I wouldn’t imagine there are more than a handful of makers outside of Japan doing work at this level and Ponzio is one of them.
