BNIB, never used or sharpened. I got this at least 3 years ago but never used, listing is still up on KNS so feel free to go read if you’re curious about the steel. It’s also stainless clad for easy maintenance. Never ever been in stock since i bought it. Upgraded ebony handle with horn ferrule and end cap with double Nickle spacers.

I owned the 210 gyuto and it is a sweet knife. Steel sharpens easily and takes a great edge. GLWS.

Oh man, I would snatch that up if I didn't have a 240 k-tip in HAP40. That's a great knife in a steel that I'd just *love* to try (and you know Sukenari does the HT right). GLWS.
