Good afternoon KKF,
I've got some big purchases coming up, and have decided to thin the collection. This one deserves a new home.
Up for sale is a Bryan Raquin Gyuto (Classic Grind) - 280x55mm, 145sc core / XC10 cladding.
The knife is wearing a killer vintage micarta handle, and comes with a wooden saya; both from Bryan himself.
I've never used or sharpened this knife. Previous owner touched it up on a 4k stone, and lightly used it for home dinners.
There is some patina still on the blade from the pervious owner, as well as 3 miniscule rust spots near the edge from sitting in the saya.
