Progression of knives

Here are all of the knives ive used over the years. At my dads house for the weekend and reminiscing with old cutlery.

It’s been a long journey with many crappy knives before I figured out what a good knife is.

Top 3 I still use…actually these are all my brothers but I have the same ones at home. Global wasn’t terrible but my dad beat it up pretty good.

Global is too soft for me, can't even last the sharpness for 20kg of chicken. Takamura is very good knife.
