SOLD Raquin 145sc Kasumi Gyuto 295

This is a Raquin 295 gyuto in 145sc with soft steel cladding. It’s the kasumi version with a polished bevel. Specs are 294x58 and 277g. Sounds like a beast but it’s surprisingly nimble in use. It’s been stropped but never through a full progression and very lightly used. Handle is the stock burnt oak.
