Hello!

I went home a couple of weeks ago for a long weekend and managed to do a touch of blade work and made a small batch of titanium offset spatulas with my fancier, one-off pieces of wood that I've saved up over the years.

Last batch of offsets before the Holidays and probably for at least a few months. (miiiiiiight have a few blades available soon, though.)

Stiff with just the riiiiight amount of a little flex, bulletproof construction, and sooo damn gorgeousss. Mine lives in my service bane and hasn’t been swapped out since I got it.

Buy one so 1) you can take a fat dump all over your chef because your offset spat is so baller and 2) I can finally convince Geiger-san to make me a damn fish spat already

Currently I have a 240 and an off-set, so a fish spat would get me closer to completing my set.
Now if only I could find a way to get some of those magical steak knives, and then my RDG pokemon collection would be complete. Once complete, the world will be mine (insert evil laugh here)
