I joined the forum awhile back and really enjoyed the discussions and information available. Life became more complicated and I stopped my membership. The smoke has finally cleared (for now) and I want to come back to what I missed.
I also am fishing more and am looking for information on breaking down / fileting larger grade fish with Japanese knives.
Sharpening knives has always been an interest to me. I hope to learn as much as I can.
