Bought these on a whim at the end of last year but have not used them much. Touched up the edge on both, but no major sharpening. I believe both are 1084HC so to stainless, but not very reactive, especially with the forced patina on the petty. Email history is not that helpful with the makeup of each.

Both cut very well, just don't crack the rotation. Light home use.

Thin Forged Gyuto: 213x50mm, 172g. I believe it is buckeye burl and has a flat grind, very thin behind the edge. Asking $275 $250
Petty: 150x36, 91g. I believe it is dyed maple and came with a forced patina. Asking $200 $175

$425 $375 for both
