This is a cool knife by a really talented up and coming maker. It’s 205 x 55 gyuto/santoku-ish knife. I used it a few times, it cuts incredibly well and I’ve found the size and shape to be really useful for almost any smaller task. Great cutter and the overall build quality is just fantastic. 52100 steel with gorgeous ironwood handle and brass pins. Insane tapered tang. Only selling because I’d like something a little tankier in this size and this one is very thin.
