First up is a Mcusta zanmai VG10 165mm Nakiri

I bought this a while back and it’s just sat in a drawer, Nakiris are not my thing. FYI - This knife has my initials on it. It was an option when I bought it.

Saji G3 - I bought this from cktg and it's not really received much use unfortunately, it's a great knife but I have many great knives, so time to say goodbye.

The details:
Thickness at spine - 2.1mm
Height at heel - 51mm
Blade length - 244mm
Weight - 209gr 50/50 grind.

I have slightly rounded the heel and choil at the contact points for comfort.

The handle is a custom I requested by The Culinary Craftsman. "Purple urple maple burl with mystic sparkly resin hybrid body, spalted sycamore and white/rust fiberboard spacers, and a teal maple burl ferrule"

Looking for £250 -> £225 -> £200 shipped within UK, EU we can discuss in commments although can’t imagine it’s much different.
